| Browsing |
Simply click on the category that you wish to browse through, and a page
will appear showing you how many items there are for you to see in that
category, and then the first selection of those items. This may include
a thumbnail image
to enable you to get a glimpse at the product. If it goes beyond one page
then you are provided with links at the foot of the results page to work
through
the rest of the items. If there are sub categories then you will get a
choice of the subcategories. Clicking
on those links will in turn show you the goods within that sub category.

| Searching |
|
You can use the search facility at any time to search through the entire
catalogue of products to find what you like. If for example you are looking
for Hazel products, a search on the word 'Hazel' will show you ALL products
with the word Hazel in their name, or description. This is very helpful
when trying to find goods related to a certain theme rather than a type
of product.

| Detailed View |
|
To see a more detailed information page for a particular product, and a larger
image, then simply click on the thumbnail image or the 'click here for details' text. This will take
you to a page where you will see more details, including size and price variations
etc.

| Ordering |
|
By selecting the appropriate product and price etc if this is applicable,
then clicking the 'Order' button, your choice of product will be added
to your
shopping cart. You can continue to browse and build any combination of
purchases that
you like.

| Purchasing |
|
When you are ready to purchase, you can go to the 'Checkout', which can be
accessed from the 'Shopping Cart' page which you will see when you add a product,
or which is listed at the top of every page as a link called 'Cart' (see the
top of this page), or you can use the 'Checkout' link, which is also shown at
the top of each page. At this point you will be asked to log in.
(Note: We have kept to a minimum the requirements of logging
in, and assure you that we only ever use information held for the purposes
of our business. We do not release any information to others, and only ask
you for
enough to enable you to shop with us, and for us to be able to deliver
the goods. The use of a 'Username' and 'Password' simply enables you to log
in easier next
time to check on the progress of your order, or when you next wish to
purchase something.)
If you are a new customer, then simply choose username and password which you
wish to use, and then complete the rest of the information, and click on the
register button. If you are already a registered customer, then simply enter
your username and password, and press the 'Login' button. Whichever you do you
will be taken to the next page which confirms the content of your shopping cart,
and the details of where to send the goods.
It is possible to add a secondary address for delivery at this point if you
wish for the items to be sent to another address, for example if you are buying
it as a gift for a friend, or wish it to be delivered to a second home etc.
When you are ready, click the 'Next' button, the next page again confirms the
details, and then asks you to choose your payment method.

| Payment |
|
We accept Visa, Master Card, Switch, and payment by cheque. You can
choose which you wish to use from the drop down list, and complete the rest
of the boxes if applicable.
(Note: Credit Card details are recorded on our secure server space,
and processed manually the next working day. If there is any difficulty in
the processing
of the order, you will be contacted using the details shown on your order
record.)
When you are done, click the 'Complete Order' Button, and your details will
be sent into the order database. A confirmation page will be shown which confirms
the details, and which can be printed as a record of the order placed. (There
is a link at the bottom to make this a full page form before printing if you
wish).

send it with a cheque ( made payable to 'POTential', to:

| Order Tracking |
|
A simple order tracking facility exists for those who wish to confirm the progress
of the orders. Simply come back to the web site, and click on the 'Login' link
at the top of the page. You will be presented with a page showing you what is
in your cart, or stating that your cart is empty. You will notice that a new
link has appeared at the top of the menu on the left hand side of the page.
It is called 'Account Maintenance'. If you click on this you will see a page
with the headings 'Order Information', 'Account Information' and 'Shipping Information'.
In the Order Information you will see a box with any orders placed by you listed.
By selecting the order which you wish to find out about, and then clicking the
view button, you will see the order information page displayed again. The section
near the top titled Order Status indicates the current status of the order.
It will be one of four simple codes which show what stage the order is at, these
are:
Pending: Your order has been received and is being processed, this will
be shown until the order and payment are confirmed.
Confirmed: This will be shown when the details and payment have been
confirmed, and prior to the goods being dispatched.
Cancelled: This will be shown if an order has been cancelled for some
reason. This may either be as a result of a request by yourself, or because
of problems with payment which could not be resolved.
Shipped: This indicates that the goods have been sent to the address
specified in the order.
